When shopping at Scalecar Garage, using our Internetshop, you must accept that a final buying agreement will not be made before an employee from the company have processed your order. Scalecar Garage reserves its right to cancel an order, due to soldout products, wrong pricing, products not available, risk of credit card fraud or in other cases.

Prices:

All prices shown at Scalecar Garage are only valid on the day of proceeding an order. Therefore price-ajustments can occur. All prices shown are included 25% tax (danish tarif). If you are costumer outside EU or in the rest of the world your orders are tax exempted. You simply have to choose your country when shopping and the shop will calculate the right conditions automaticly.

Buyers order is not a binding accept, but a firm offer to Scalecar Garage to purchase the goods on informed conditions.

Firm agreement between Scalecar Garage and Buyer
A firm agreement is not valid until Scalecar Garage have issued an acknowledgement accepting buyers offer.

Payment & Security:

We have done anything to make it as easy as possible to carry through the payment. We accept the following creditcards:

By payment with creditcards, the buyer will be charged the actual creditcard users fee. Scalecar Garage does not carry through the payment transaction until the merchandise is being send.

With your shipment, you will receive an invoice. If you have chosen your shipment delivered to another address than the address of invoice, the invoice will be forwarded to the address of invoice

Our system of payment is approved and certified by PBS. All communication between payment system and card owner go via encrypted SSL connection. No one can see or trace the information being exchanged.

Accidental losses or reductions:

From the point when the ordered items are at hand of buyer, all risks for the shipment are transferred to the purchaser.

Claims and responsibility:

Scalecar Garage is according to law giving you right to make claims on all goods within 24 months. This means that you as a customer can make claims over faulty products until 24 months after the purchase. It is to be understood that any damage is not due to any form of misuse.

We do not issue our own guarantee, but only the guarantee issued by the producer. If the goods have a fault you have the right to demand a new delivery as compensation for damaged model received, if the claim is justified and the specific model is still in the assortment.

The claim should be at our hand within 2 months from receipt. We will normal costs of freight in connection with the return shipment. The merchandise should be send to our address of administration:

Renouncement of Responsibility
Scalecar Garage have no responsibility for direct or indirect causes for orders arriving delayed to buyer. Or if the ordered items suffer from missing parts, if the cause of delay is due to buyers handling or lack of same. Conditions outside the control of Scalecar Garage e.g. wars, civil wars, fire and other force majeures.

 Right to withdraw and return of goods:

As a customer in our shop you have according to the law the right to withdraw. Read more below.

The right to withdraw
At Scalecar you have 14 days, according to law of purchase, full right to withdraw from the date of receipt. If you want to return the merchandise it must be in the same condition as you received it. The right to withdraw is lost if it has been used in a way that obviously has lowered the value of the goods.

How to return
Du kan returnere varen til os ved at nægte modtagelse ved levering, eller du kan vælge at returnere den med posten. Ved returnering bedes du sende pakken med Postdanmark som pakkepost, da vi således kan spore pakken, hvis den skulle bortkomme under returforsendelsen.

You can return the shipment by refuse to receive at delivery, or you can return it by your preferred carrier. Please return the merchandise well packed with a copy of the invoice. Make it quite clear that you want to make use of the right to withdraw and therefore want the price of model(s) to be paid back.

A refund will be made
As soon as we have received your returnshipment, it will be controlled, and we return the full invoice amount incl. postal. It is being done by check to the address of invoice. If you want it to be send to a bank account, please inform your bank reg. no. and account number.
